A Single Room at Medley Hall is available for $80, a two Bedroom Apartments for 4 at University College comes at $193 (including breakfast for 4) and a Double Room at Graduate House sets you back $140 with half board (breakfast & dinner) included. All prices per room.

We had been let down 3 times by Airbnb and found this college. Great value even for New Year and good location with NYSE’s and trains short ride into the city. Newtown is great with a variety of good restaurants, cafes and bars. Would recommend

Surprisingly impressed with accomadation, it would have been nice to have aircon in the room as it got rather stuffy. The blinds on the window didn’t block out enough light. The breakfast was fine for what we paid for but an additional option of maybe eggs or baked beans would be a nice option. Overall the experience was great for the price paid and would definitely recommend for friends and family as an alternative option for accomadation in Sydney.
